Triberr wants to take blogging to the next level. On Tuesday, the team behind the amplification platform unveiled its new Influencer Marketing Campaigns service.
As its name implies, the channel allows brands to connect with influential bloggers and hire them to promote and endorse their products and services. Ambassadors are contracted for a minimum of four weeks and receive financial compensation for their work -- provided that they complete all campaign milestones.
Companies have three specific tools at their disposal to manage campaigns:
With "Conversations," they can supervise all the ambassadors as a singular unit."Activity" offers near real-time reporting of all influencer activity (e.g., latest blog posts, tweets, Facebook shares, pins…)Finally, "Stats" lets them track overall performance for each activity“For the past 4 months, we’ve been running Influencer Marketing campaigns with a small set of brands and bloggers,” says Triberr co-founder Dino Dogan on the Triberr Blog. “The first few campaigns were a smashing success, and over the next few months, we’ll expand our Influencer Marketing program to more brands and more bloggers.”
Note that ambassadors can only endorse five product / services. However, companies may hire them for a second or extended campaign if they so choose.
Launched in 2011, Triberr is the brainchild of Dino Dogan and Dan Cristo. The site is now home to 60,000 groups (known as "Tribes") and sends over two million monthly visits to its member blogs.
